“ Las Caracoles is one of our favourite places to visit whilst holidaying at Peurto Rico. Located at the beach, it's an easy place to sit and watch beach goers whilst enjoying some really fab food. Their gin and Tonics are super nice, and the Red Sangria is the best I've had. It's super easy to drink (so be careful ) The Gambas is on point every time, served with warm crusty bread to soak up all the garlicky oil. The selection of Serrano is 10/10. This time, we tasted the Tuna tartare on the specials board, which was so delightful. And a standout for me was the smoked mackerel, so simple so delicious. It was slightly smoked and juicy served with some simple sides. I could have gone for seconds. The staff are always happy and friendly. ”
